No joke, i once cut off (most) of my hair. My hair was nearly down to my waist. You had to cut enough off, so not just 1cm or something, way more is needed. Then you put it in a plastic bag & i also got a card from the company saying thanks for donating. Oh & by the way, i'm a guy (just have long hair).
